For me, Brodersen is a very personal matter.
You can see my signature everywhere. I fell in love with Hamburg 10 years ago when I noticed how colorful this city actually is. That's exactly what our restaurant and the menu should be like.
Colorful, aromatic cuisine with a real kick! Lots of highlights from my career and always something new. We cook, bake and chop everything ourselves! Always fresh, always seasonal, preferably from small producers in the area. We get everything from strong partners with whom we have long-standing relationships.
The dishes change frequently so that we can offer you something exciting every time.
